Data gathering for 2011 Census began with house listing at the District Collector M.Ravi Chandra's official residence here on Monday. Information collected about each house-hold should be accumulated as the National Population Register (NPR). On the occasion, Mr. Ravi Chandra called upon the people to provide accurate and detailed information to the enumerators to ensure that the NPR was comprehensive and could be relied upon to the full extent for various purposes.
