On the arrest of YSR Congress Party President Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, there was biased strike observed here on Monday. All the Government offices were opened as usual. All the buses and auto-rickshaws also moved in city. However, few shops in main road were closed. However, information received from surveillance team that rowdy-sheeters will create agitation. Therefore 15 Rowdy-Sheeters were arrested before head. On the other hand, the party leaders and members who were arrested earlier to avoid any kind of agitation are released later.
