District Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad has stated that 14,378 acres of land has been identified for the distribution to 9,064 beneficiaries from 490 villages in the district. Yesterday, she has participated in the video conference meet, which was conducted by the State Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Mr. Y.V.Krishna Rao from Hyderabad. Speaking on this, she said this distribution is being organised under the 7th land distribution programme in the district. She said that the land survey process and sub-division works have been completed. She clarified that the Tahasildars in their respective mandals reported that there was no land available for distribution in 718 villages in the district. Aadhaar enrollment, seeding, land distribution, revenue-registrations, irrigation and other related issues were discussed in this meet. Joint Collector Mr. Mutyala Raju, Sub Collector Mr. Gandam Chandrudu, Assistant Collector Mr. Karnon, DRO Mr. Yadagiri, RDOs and other respective officials attended the meet here.
