Chaitanya Institute of Sciences & Technology (CIST) has conducted 12th Student - HR Summit National Seminar for B.Tech/ MBA/ MCA students at Rangaraya college Auditorium in Kakinada. According to this, JNTU-K Placement and Training center Director, Mr. N.Apparao has participated in the program as a chief guest. He inaugurated the seminar by lighting the lamp (Jyothi Prajwalana). Mahindra Satyam, L&T, IT Solutions and other IT companies representatives have attended and trained students on 'how to face interviews' concept in the seminar. Speaking on this, Mr. N.Apparao stated that every year 5 lakhs of Engineers are coming out from their colleges but only 3% students are getting employment out of 18% in IT sectors. He noticed that students should not be restrict with marks, they need to develop their softskills. They can develop their skills by observing every aspect in technical way which is related to their subject, he added. He said, that they are going to organize campus interviews for Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA students in the University for this year, according to this, they have already spoke to all IT companies representatives, he added. CIST Principal Mr. Suryanarayana Raju, Correspondent Mr. Krishnam Raju, CEO Mr. D.L.N.Raju, GIET Principal Mr. Ramji, KIMS Principal Mr. Papayya and others participated in the seminar.
