Hyderabad, Feb 8th: Close on the heels of the sensational kidnap and brutal killing of a ten-year-old girl Vaishnavi at Vijayawada a few days back, two unidentified persons kidnapped a four-year-old boy and demanded Rupees ten lakh for his release at Khajipura area under Sha Ali Banda Police Station limits in the city today. According to police, victim Nooralla Khan, an LKG student, along with his father was waiting for his school bus near his house this morning when two unidentified persons came in a two-wheeler and forcibly took him away.
Later, the culprits rang up victim's father Ameer Khan and demanded Rs ten lakh as ransom to release his son. The father lodged a complaint with the police, which swung into action to trace out the boy. Special teams have been formed and efforts were on to trace the area from where the phone call was made, police said.
