Worst appointment system and the front office staff is much more worse. I got the feed back from front office person that instructions are given by doctor him self which seems more uneducated system and process. Grown up Mr. Doctor. You need to show some respect to your education and qualification. People waiting for you for more than 2 hours is shameful on you.
