Urgent requirements for below mentioned positions:

1. Accountant

** We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant (Male only) to join our finance team.
** The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
** Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
** Maintain accurate and complete general ledger records through monthly closing procedures, journal entry preparation, and account reconciliations.
** Ensure proper classification and recording of revenue recognition, expense matching, and balance sheet items.
Education and Certification
Bachelor's degree or master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from accredited institution.
Minimum of three years of progressive accounting experience in corporate, public accounting, or relevant industry environment.

2. Sr. Chemist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Chemist with NABL knowledge. The Sr. Chemist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, quality control, conducting analytical research.

The Senior Chemist will play a critical role in Quality determination of Agriculture commodities, (Paddy, cereals, pulses, wheat, maize, peas, sorghum, etc ), sugar edible oils, overseeing quality control processes, leading process optimization initiatives.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Quality & Compliance:

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS) in strict adherence to QMS (ISO 9001) NABL requirements (ISO/IEC 17025) and relevant NABL specific guidelines.
• Develop and maintain all necessary quality documentation, including the quality manual, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, formats, and records etc.,
• Face periodical/surveillance/external audits.
• Continual improvement and awareness on recognized national and international standards.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with relevant safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and documentation.
• Develop, validate, and optimize new chemical processes, products, or analytical techniques.
• Interpret and analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and present findings in clear, concise reports.
• Stay abreast of scientific literature, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges related to chemical processes, analytical instrumentation, or product performance.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's with 4-5 years of experience or Master's degree with 3-4 years of experience in Chemistry with Analysis and testing disciplines.
• Experience in NABL standers and procedures

3. HR Manager:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process: create job descriptions, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and select candidates
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration
• Lead performance management processes: set standards, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans
• Maintain positive employee relations: address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster open communication and a collaborative work environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update HR policies and procedures accordingly
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and support related initiatives
• Conduct HR analytics and reporting: analyze HR data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
• Oversee health, safety, and welfare programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in HR management or related roles
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages
